Our cuisine varies on the seasonal quality of the ingredients, we purchase directly from local producers: fresh vegetables, prime quality beef and pork, fish, crustaceans and molluscs from our Adriatic sea, are the raw materials with which we prepare flavoursome dishes of the local Friuli and Italian cuisine.
The grill is our speciality, we avail of a large cooking top to offer excellent delicacies prepared with all the care of bygone times. |
